Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 503(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and section 3(a)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act, as amended, I hereby find that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to the Federal Republic of Somalia will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace.

You are authorized and directed to transmit this determination, and attached memorandum of justification, to the Congress and to arrange for the publication of this determination in the Federal Register.

There is nothing about this photo which is legitimate? Who did this, the Mossad? Are they such amateurs?

This is obviously not the real Adam Lanza. Did he develop whites all about his eyes just in the run-up before the 'massacre'? Is there even a single drug in this universe that can create such a bug-eyed appearance, not merely bug-eyed but actually causing the sclera to show all around the eyes? This is ludicrous and it is even more ludicrous that they believed they could get away with this.

In all known pictures of Adam Lanza, his real face, there are no whites showing either above or below the eyes. Fright before a camera or even the flash of the camera could never cause this. Stop lying: no one believes you.

A new photo of Sandy Hook massacre gunman Adam Lanza has emerged: a college ID snapshot that shows him staring wide-eyed into the camera as though scared out of his wits.

The picture, one of just a few that have been made public since the Dec. 14 shooting at a Connecticut elementary school, was part of Lanza's records from Western Connecticut State University, where he took classes in 2008 and 2009.

There is nothing in the documents that would foreshadow the monstrous attack, just a few odd notes.

When he took a placement exam in May 2008, Lanza refused to answer some background questions — including his gender.

Asked whether he had a "documented disabling condition" that could impact his test scores, he said no — although his mother had told people he had Asperger's disease, which is low on the autism spectrum.

Lanza was just 16 at the time, but he scored high on the test — in the 90th percentile. The records also show he registered for a precalculus class, but it's unclear if he ever took it.

He did take three computer science courses, earning an A and an A-minus in two of them, and American history, where he received an A-minus.

Editor's note: They can claim all they want that this is a real photo, yet what about it is real? It has already been proven on this site that there is no way he could develop whites showing around his eyes out of nowhere, and even the so-called fright couldn't do this. Thus, this was fabricated and attributed by Reuters to the University.

The following is another write-up from the lying tabloids. Of note, the arch-scoundrel and fabricator Marvin LaFontaine must be vigorously investigated, since he is a key and new cover-up agent on the scene:

Nancy Lanza, the mother of Newtown shooter Adam Lanza, had grown increasingly concerned about her son's state of mind but did not confront him after finding ghastly images in his room two weeks before the Dec. 14 school massacre, New York's Daily News reports.

News reporters Matthew Lysiak and Bill Hutchinson report on e-mails they obtained that were sent by Nancy Lanza to a friend in which she expressed her feelings on children, weapons and her 20-year-old son's mental state.

Editor's note: then, produce the emails (they will not; they are liars).

Nancy Lanza, who was fatally shot at the home she shared with Adam, was the first victim of the rampage that left 20 children and six adults dead at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. Adam then took his own life.

A friend, Marvin LaFontaine, told the News that Nancy Lanza had said that Adam had a genetic disorder that had killed her grandfather and which she also had until it went into remission.

Adam had a form of autism and a sensory perception disorder that kept him from recognizing pain and caused him to recoil from being physically touched.

The newspaper says Nancy Lanza learned of her own condition in 1999, but did not tell her children.

She also had found her son falling deeper into a bizarre mindset, the newspaper reports, and in November, only two weeks before the shootings, found sketches of dead bodies in his room (making it up as you go along, just like the photo).

"One (drawing) had a woman clutching a religious item, like rosary beads, and holding a child, and she was getting all shot up in the back with blood flying everywhere," anunidentified friend told the Daily News.

"Nancy was disturbed, really disturbed, but didn't confront him," the friend said. "She wanted to think it over."

LaFontaine, a close friend, also told the newspaper that Nancy Lanza had been upset by Adam's treatment while a student at Sandy Hook.

"Nancy told me he was being picked on at school. That they were just torturing him," LaFontaine told the newspaper. "Adam was an easy target. He was quiet and he would never fight back. I think Adam felt betrayed by the school and this was his act of revenge."

Senate Bill 1070 has brought out and exposed the left wing open border radicals against the rule of law, who defend law breakers over law keepers, against law and order, against the citizens of this nation, against this Constitutional Republic and are pro law breakers and further the destruction of this nation by their support of lawlessness. 

Illegal is not a race, it is a crime.  Enough is enough!!  This law applies to everyone equally and protects Constitutional rights.   It is clear in the bill. This legislation does "not" expand police powers; it prohibits racial profiling; what it does do, is it simply allows law enforcement to do the job we hired them to do, enforce the law.  They have no more authority to stop someone today, than they did yesterday.  They can not profile at all.  The difference is, after they have a lawful contact and have "reasonable suspicion" they can ask questions and act on that information on one's legal status if they have reason to believe they are in violation of federal and now state law, like we allow for any other crime. Under federal law and current Arizona law Sanctuary policies are illegal. Local, state, or federal government agencies that sanction or retaliate against employees or officials who report immigration law violations to ICE or the Border Patrol can be sued by the whistle blower under 8 U.S.C. 1373 or 8 U.S.C. 1644 for damages and costs.  

Illegal aliens are not a suspect class entitled to Fourteenth Amendment based strict scrutiny of any discriminatory classification based on that status, nor are they defined by an immutable characteristic, since their status is the product of conscious unlawful action.

Under current federal law, every alien who has been issued a registration document is required to carry the document on his or her person 24/7. Federal regulations specify the immigration document is evidence of alien registration. The U.S. Supreme Court has held that the unregistered presence of an alien in the U.S. is in itself a crime. Failure to register is a continuing violation for which there is no statute of limitations. Other criminal misdemeanors are failure to have a registration card in personal possession ($100 fine and /or 30 days imprisonment), and failure to report a change of address ($200 fine and /or 30 days).

A law enforcement officer has probable cause to detain an individual who admits he or she is an alien (legal or illegal) but is not in possession of registration documents. This is a crime that a warrant less arrest can be made.

During the debate of SB1070 another attempted murder on a Phoenix Police Officer by an illegal alien with felony warrants on him and my friend Rob Krentz was murdered. When is enough, enough for you?  The cost of not enforcing our laws!!  Killings, maiming, car jackings, home invasions, kidnappings, American jobs taken, wages suppressed, billions to educate, medicate and incarcerate.

When is enough, enough?

A Congressional report: "Drawing a Line in the Sand” indicates that 9,000 Americans are killed every year by illegal aliens.  25 per day, 12 by stabbings and shootings and 13 by DUI and related crimes.  That is just collateral damage to the deceptive, treasonous, open border crowd.  Enough is enough.

Today the only reasons our immigration laws are not enforced are Political, not a lack of Authority, well that is going to change in Arizona and hopefully America .

America’s Choice: Arizona or San Francisco .

As the author of SB1070 which was finally signed by Governor Jan Brewer.  As usual fear mongering and mis-information is the tool of the left against this common sense legislation.

Illegal is not a race, it is a crime.  SB1070 simply codifies federal law into state law and removes excuses and concerns about states inherent authority to enforce these laws and removes all illegal “sanctuary” policies. 

When do we stand up for Americans and the rule of law, if not now, when?  We are a nation of laws, a Constitutional Republic .

Arizona did not make illegal, illegal.  Illegal was already illegal.  It is a crime to enter or remain in the U.S. in violation of federal law.  States have had inherent authority to enforce immigration laws and has failed or refused to do so.  Sanctuary policies are illegal under federal law (8 USC 1644 & 1373) yet we have them all over the United States . 

Paul Kantner of the 1960s rock band Jefferson Airplane once remarked, " San Francisco is 49 square miles surrounded by reality."  When I first heard that San Francisco was planning to boycott Arizona over the SB 1070 legislation that I introduced, this description seemed fitting. 

However, when neighboring Oakland ’s city council voted 7-0 to boycott Arizona, and President Pro Tem of the California State Senate Derrell Steinberg announced a campaign in the legislature to boycott us, it became clear that San Francisco is merely ahead of the California crazy curve. 

Why did I propose SB 1070?  I saw the enormous fiscal and social costs that illegal immigration was imposing Citizens and Taxpayer across this nation and on my state.  I saw Americans out of work, hospitals and schools overflowed, and budgets strained.  Most disturbingly, I saw my fellow citizens victimized by illegal alien criminals.  Innocent Citizens, Police Officers and the murder of Robert Krentz—whose family had been ranching in Arizona since 1907—by illegal alien drug dealers was the final straw for many Arizonans.  But there are dozens and dozens of other citizens of our state who had been murdered by illegal aliens.  Currently 95 illegal aliens in Maricopa County jail for murder. 

Like Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder, most of the hysterical critics of the bill do not even know what is in it.  Simply SB 1070 allows Arizona law enforcement officials to detain illegal aliens under state law.  The law does not allow police to stop suspected illegal aliens unless they have already come across them through normal “lawful conduct” such as a traffic stop, and explicitly prohibits racial profiling. 

Aside from the unfounded accusation and intentional lies of racial profiling, the chief complaint about the bill is that it infringes on federal jurisdiction by enforcing laws.  However, there is a long legal precedent going back to 1976 that allows states to pass legislation to discourage illegal immigration so long as it does not conflict with federal law.  SB 1070 was specifically designed to mirror federal immigration law to avoid such a conflict.

For all their new-found respect for the authority of federal immigration law, the open borders advocates who oppose SB 1070 have no problems with “sanctuary cities” such as San Francisco that explicitly obstruct federal immigration authorities to protect illegal aliens.  In 2008, San Francisco began a campaign to encourage illegal aliens to take advantage of the city’s public services. 

Mayor Gavin Newsom stated, "We have worked with the Board of Supervisors, Department of Public Health, labor and immigrant rights groups to create a city government-wide public awareness campaign so that immigrants know the city won’t target them for using city services."  The results were tragic. A few months after the campaign, Edwin Ramos, an illegal alien and member of the MS 13 gang, murdered San Francisco resident Tony Bologna and his two sons who he mistook for rival gang members.  Ramos had a lengthy criminal record including a felony assault on a pregnant woman.  He was arrested on gang and weapons charges and promptly released just three months before the murder.  Not once did San Francisco report him to immigration authorities.

One month after the murder of Bologna , illegal alien Alexander Lzaguirre stole Amanda Keifer’s purse and then intentionally ran her over with an SUV, laughing as she hit the pavement and fractured her skull.   Four months earlier, Alexander Lzaguirre had been arrested for felony dealing of crack cocaine.  Not only did San Francisco refuse to turn him over to immigration authorities, they expunged his record and helped get him a job, which is criminal in and of itself.

Keifer asked the obvious question, "If they've committed crimes and they're not citizens, then why are they here?  Why haven't they been deported?"

The answer is that politicians like Gavin Newsom put the interests of illegal aliens before the safety of American citizens, not unlike Mayor Gordon and others.

Our law is working.  One can just scan the newspapers and see dozens of headlines like “Illegal Immigrants Leaving Arizona Over New Law: Tough, Controversial New Legislation Scares Many in Underground Workforce Out of State,”

In contrast, American citizens are leaving California .  For the last four years, more Americans have left the state than have moved in. 

In criticizing the SB 1070, Barack Obama said, “Our failure to act responsibly at the federal level will only open the door to irresponsibility by others.”  There is nothing irresponsible about enforcing our law.  Just because President Obama refuses to enforce our law or secure our border and in fact has released thousands of criminal aliens does not mean Arizona should ignore its duty to our citizens.

The solution is not “comprehensive immigration reform,” a euphemism for amnesty as proposed by the Gang of Eight or other Washington Elite or the open border, cheap labor crowd.  This will only encourage more illegal immigration.  And making illegal aliens legal does nothing to change the social and fiscal costs they impose on Arizona or the nation as a whole.  In fact the Heritage Foundation’s research puts the cost of Amnesty at over $2.5 Trillion dollars back in 2007 and now it will be even greater.  .

The federal government simply needs to enforce its immigration laws by cracking down on employers of illegal aliens, securing our borders, and deporting illegal alien criminals, without the continuous promises of Amnesty.  Attrition by enforcement.

If states understand states rights and our Constitutional duty and responsibility to our citizens this legislation in Arizona will be a model for states across the nation and the federal government, it will end illegal immigration to America , but President Obama is looking towards San Francisco instead.
