Excerpt from a Book I'm working on: The United States is a Nation Divided, but Can We as a People Come Back from this Division and Reunite?

The United States is divided men along many lines such as, race, sexual orientation, political affiliation, religious orientation, roles of government and income disparity. The Obama administration has done its best to divide is between these different issues. The question is not whether we are divided but whether or not we can come back together and fight a common enemy? I believe so, my reasons I think deep down in our hearts, we are all the same, we are Americans. As Americans, we all believe in the pursuit of happiness, truth and justice. The problem is that the Obama administration has stepped up the pressure on dividing the nation.

This was My response to Another Blog about the Retaliation for McCain and Graham's Responses to the Rand Paul Fillibuster

This was the article I was responding too: http://www.politico.com/story/2013/03/john-mccain-lindsey-graham-blast-rand-paul-filibuster-88564.html

Both Graham and McCain are holding on to the old concept of the NeoCon. Which is the faultering and my the US Senate into a gross joke. I think they're mad because they don't care about the people's right and liberties, they just want their campaign and reelection. The power of the GOP in the Legislative bodies of the Congress is inept, times are changing for the GOP. I fell that McCain and Graham will not be reelected due to the fact most republican are looking for strength and direction and the old GOP, Neo-cons are going to be left hanging and the constitutionalists and libertarians are going to take over. The GOP are going to have to learn that their base don't want the government expansion of power and the usurpation of our rights. The have purpose is to put weak candidates against the Democrats to lose on purpose, suckens me. We need change but not the fundamental change of our country. I believe on branches of the US government have been infultrated by Communists and Socialist Democrats, who are bent on power and control of an Americans everyday life. Bloomberg is a good example for this way of thinking.
