MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE

SUBJECT: Presidential Determination on Eligibility of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Receive Defense Articles and Defense Services under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as Amended, and the Arms Export Control Act, as Amended

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 503(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and section 3(a)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act, as amended, I hereby find that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to the Federal Republic of Somalia will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace.

You are authorized and directed to transmit this determination, and attached memorandum of justification, to the Congress and to arrange for the publication of this determination in the Federal Register.

Eric Holder is the problem he is a gutless wonder when it comes to big banks. I think he is under the influence of Obama's view and corruption when the big baks like Goldman Sax and JP Morgan have given millions of dollar in campaign contributions that is like biting the hand that feeds you. Even during the crash is 2008, Bush was determined to bail-out the banks, corporations, investment banks and car manufacturing company, which has been moved to China because of cheaper labor. The problem with not letting these big banks fail, which may have make a faster recovery for the 2008 crush. The American people will never find if that would been true. We should be like Iceland and prosecute banks so they will find out that they are nothing special and are not above the Law. Meanwhile, the POTUS wants to be Judge Dredd.
