When did Americans become such cowards?

What has happened to United States and the people that live here?  We don't stand for anything and  we whine to others about our problems. At one time in this country, we stood for the American dream, capitalism, and a free way of life. I wonder what the people that lived through the depression of the 1930s,World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War would say about the current generation getting in to the likes of Barry Seroeto a.k.a.Barack Hussein Obama pushing his totalitarian,  communistic, unconstitutional policies through Congress and the Senate with little or no resistance. I think it would be ashamed of us for not standing up against tyranny. Barack Obama has taken away their First Amendment rights, the fourth amendment rights, Sixth amendment rights, our eighth amendment right and our ninth amendment right. He's working on abolishing the second amendment through the Feinstein bill that will make it illegal to own any modern weapon.  And as of today, the House Judiciary Committee resolution 15 would take away their limits for president which means that the president could be in an office for many more years.  This also means that they have to ratify the nullification of the 22nd amendment, where the provisions of presidential term limits are in the Constitution.

The First Amendment states that, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion overhead a the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people of the peacefully to assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances.

The Obama administration has limited our freedom of speech by having free speech zones and limiting our access to government officials and congressmen by having the Secret Service protecting them and making it illegal for the press or even average citizen approaching their state representatives. The Obama administration has also attempted to quell dissenters and people who have differing opinions.

The fourth amendment states that, the right of the people to secure in their persons house is papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated And no warrant shall be issued but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things seized.

The Obama administration has made legislation that violates our fourth amendment rights with the passing by Congress of warrantless searches and seizures.  Congress has renewed the FISA which allows the FBI or any other governmental organization to tap your phones , Computer and any kind communication Device without a warrant.

The NDAA of 2013 still contains the provisions of indefinite detention of American citizens which is a violation of the sixth amendment which has provisions that an American should have a speedy trial and had a bail hearing within 72 hours.The new issueor the same old issue of gun control has reared its ugly head again. With the Feinstein bill being submitted on January's 22nd of 2013 which bans all modern guns, semiautomatics, magazine limitations all under the auspices of protecting the public. There is a rumor that Pres. Obama will try to find a nonlegislative way doing away with all illegal weapons. Under the gun control act of 1968, the title II weapons are machine guns submachine guns and heavy weaponry, Pres. Obama is going to try through regulation to make all semiautomatic weapons title II weapons which are prohibited. I do not think that the president will wait until January 22 to implement this. I think it will come sooner because he is losing patience and as Rahm Emanuel has sent a past, "never let a crisis over to waste."

The Sandy Hook elementary school massacre was a terrible event and is being used as a part of that Hegelian dialect problem, action, solution to take away our second amendment rights.  People need to realize that every time there is a massacre that involves children and usually the government is behind it.there are connections to the Sandy Hook massacre to the LIBOR scandal.

Pres. Obama a hardline Marxist communists and will do anything to stay in power. He wants to spread the wealth of the United States throughout the Third World countries and tax the rich until the poor because in a communist utopian society there is no middle class there is only the rich, who are more likely to be a politicians and the poor, the slaves they have to control. He will stop at nothing to achieve his goal and the reason why he wants to change term limits of a president to unlimited is because he wants to be King of the United States, Czar of United States. 

What people need to realize and wake up to is that Pres. Obama is a communist and will stop at nothing to destroy our rights and our country. Read the book, "Fool me twice," by Aaron Klein,and he shows president Obama's agenda for the next four years. And then you will understand the man we call president Obama.
